What is Jawwy TV?

Jawwy TV is a unique video streaming mobile app which allows you to access several popular free-to-air channels and offers a large library of classic movies and popular TV shows under one roof on two mobile devices at a time. This service is available in both English and Arabic.

How can I subscribe to Jawwy TV?

Jawwy TV is a paid video-streaming application which can be accessed on Apple iOS/Android mobile phones/tablets. You can subscribe through www.jawwy.tv by simply entering your email, choosing a password and selecting your desired payment method. Once subscribed install the app from Apple App Store or Google Play and sign in to enjoy your favorite content on the go!

You can now also subscribe to Jawwy TV within the applications by using Apple in-App Payment or Google Pay payment methods.

How much does the Jawwy TV monthly subscription cost?

You can access a free trial period of 30 days upon successful first-time registration. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged 7.99 USD*.

What happens at the end of the free trial?

At the end of the free trial period your account will be charged with 28 SAR / 2.5 KWD/ 3 BD (plus 5% VAT if applicable) on the billing date. If you wish to un-subscribe from the service you can do it at any time without any penalty. If you unsubscribe before the end of the free trial period, or before the next billing date, you can still continue to enjoy Jawwy TV till you reach the end of the period. If you are a prepaid customer and you don’t have sufficient balance your account will be automatically deactivated and you will no longer be able to access the service.

How can I unsubscribe?

As we support different payment methods, the cancelation process varies from one payment method to another.

VIVA Kuwait Mobile Number Please send U 1 by SMS to the shortcode 50644.

Apple In-App Payment You can cancel your subscription through your iTunes account settings.

Please visit www.jawwy.tv and subscribe using a valid credit card as your preferred payment method. Enter the card details and complete the registration. You will be charged $1 the first time when you enter your card details as verification fee which will be refunded within 2 – 7 business days.

What happens when my subscription payment through credit card is not successful?

In the event that a transaction error has occurred while processing your credit card payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

Why am I getting an error with my credit card payment?

The credit card payment failure could happen for a variety of reasons that are determined by cardholder’s bank. Before entering your card details, please check:

  •  If your card is active and hasn’t expired
  • If you have entered CVV correctly (code on the reverse on your card)
  •  If your card issuing bank allows your type of card to make online transactions.

How can I sign up using Apple In-App Purchase?

To subscribe using Apple In-App Purchase install Jawwy TV app on your iOS mobile, enter your email and choose a password to sign up. Then follow Apple In-App Purchase steps to complete your subscription with your iTunes account. Please note that you will be required to enter your iTunes account details which may differ from the email and password you’ve registered for your Jawwy TV account.

My Jawwy TV subscription using Apple In-App Purchase has been deactivated. How can I re-subscribe?

Please sign into Jawwy TV app and tap Re-subscribe to go to your iTunes account setting. From your iTunes subscriptions, you can re-subscribe to Jawwy TV easily.

How can I sign up using Google Pay?

To subscribe using Google Pay, install Jawwy TV app on your android mobile, enter your email and choose a password to sign up. Then follow Google Pay steps to complete your subscription by in Google Pay account. Please note that you will be required to enter your Google Pay account details which may differ from the email and password you’ve registered for your Jawwy TV account.

What happens when I re-subscribe to Jawwy TV?

If you've canceled your subscription during the 30-days trial period, you will continue to have full access to the service till the end of the trial period. You can always re-subscribe to the service by visiting jawwy.tv. However, you will be billed the monthly subscription charges as you've already availed the free trial period offer.

How to control data usage of Jawwy TV?

The data usage for streaming Jawwy TV content will be limited by the original Data quota set on your Mobile Subscription Plan. Unfortunately, the app cannot be exempted from data consumption by having a standalone bandwidth.

Can I use the same subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, you can register two mobile devices to your Jawwy TV account at a time.

Can I get my subscription cancelled by contacting Jawwy Support team?

Unfortunately, our support team cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf. The only way possible is as shown in the FAQs under "How can I unsubscribe?". In case you are not able to find this information, our support team will be happy to take you through it.

What kind of content can be watched on Jawwy TV app?

What are the TV channels available on Jawwy TV?

Jawwy TV app offers Live streaming of carefully selected TV channels. A combination of Arabic and Gulf TV channels in addition to several international premium Kids, Sports and News channels from OSN and CNN. To see the full list of Live channels, please register and log into the App. and enjoy a free 30 days trial with the ability to cancel your subscription any time without extra payments or penalties.

Does the app support screen mirroring/multi-screen?

Currently, Jawwy TV app supports only mobile handsets screens and cannot be mirrored/streamed to any external screen. We are constantly trying to improve our product and working towards making the app available on select Smart TV brands.

I have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?

Please tap the Forgot Password button on the Sign in page of the Jawwy TV app and you will receive an SMS to reset your password. In case you couldn’t, please ask our team to help reset it for you.

How do I remove the linked mobile devices from my Jawwy TV subscription account?

You can use the same subscription on two mobile devices maximum. To delete a device, open the Jawwy TV app, navigate to Settings and then Device Management. You can remove a device by swiping left on the entry in your device list. You can de-link any registered mobile device after 30 days of device registration. *Note: the mobile device you are using to perform this action is marked as "current" and cannot be removed/delinked.

I am a Jawwy Mobile customer; what happens when I subscribe to Jawwy TV?

As a Jawwy Mobile customer, you can subscribe to Jawwy TV through www.jawwy.tv. You will enjoy the benefits of free trial period of 30 days and can access 7000+ hours of entertainment. After the end of the trial period, you will be charged 28 SAR per month plus VAT on your STC mobile bill. How can I change my registered email address?

In case you have mis-typed your email address while completing the registration process, you can provide us with the correct email address and we will correct it on your behalf upon your request. Please note that your registered mobile number will remain the same and no changes to your subscription will be made.

How can I change the language on Jawwy TV?

Choose your preferred language when signing into the app for the first time. You can also change the language preference anytime by navigating to the Language Section in General Settings from the Main Menu.

How can I control which TV programs my family can watch?

Your Jawwy TV mobile app is set to R18 rating by default. To change the Parental Control rating, go to Settings > Parental Controls > Enter your password and set the slider to the desired rating.
